E-wallet and bank virtual account adoption in Indonesia exceeded non-specific info in 2023, and fairtoto users deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet multiple times each month. This page describes what we collect when you use fairtoto and how we keep that data protected. We collect the minimum information needed to operate your account, process your deposits and withdrawals, and comply with Indonesian financial regulation.

We handle your personal data with care. Your name, email, phone number, and payment method details are stored on secure servers and shared only with payment processors and regulatory bodies where the law requires it. We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing purposes outside fairtoto, and do not retain it longer than needed.

fairtoto serves users in supported jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming. If you access fairtoto from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or other permitted locations, this policy governs how we handle your information. Our data practices are transparent and comply with local data protection standards.

What We Collect and How We Use It on fairtoto

We collect your email address and phone number when you create a fairtoto account. These are verified via SMS and email confirmation to ensure you own the phone and email you registered. We also collect your legal name and identity document (national ID, passport, or driver's license) for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which is required before you withdraw funds. We store your KYC documents encrypted on our servers and do not disclose them except to our payment processors and to relevant Indonesian financial authorities if legally required.

Your payment method details—your DANA account, e-wallet account, mobile banking account, local payment account, online payment account, e-wallet identifier, or bank virtual account number—are collected and encrypted. We never store your PIN, password, or two-factor authentication codes. Your payment processor (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, your bank, or local payment operator) stores the full payment method credentials; fairtoto stores only an encrypted reference to your account.

Account data
Email, phone, username, login timestamp, account balance. Used to operate your account and prevent fraud.
KYC documents
Identity card, passport, or driving licence scan. Verified once before your first withdrawal; retained for 3 years per regulation.
Payment history
Deposits, withdrawals, amounts, timestamps, and payment method used. Shared with your payment provider for reconciliation.
IP address and device info
Recorded for security auditing and to detect account compromise or unauthorized access.

We use your data to provide fairtoto services—processing deposits and withdrawals, resolving disputes, and sending you transaction confirmations. We also use your data to comply with Indonesian financial regulations, which require operators to maintain KYC records and transaction histories. We do not use your email or phone to send marketing messages; we send only transactional notifications (deposit confirmed, withdrawal approved, login from new device). If you wish to stop receiving transactional email, you cannot use fairtoto, as these messages are required for your account security.

Your payment processor also collects data

When you deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, that provider collects transaction data per their own privacy policy. fairtoto is not responsible for how they handle your information.

Cookies and tracking

fairtoto uses session cookies to keep you logged in on Android app and iOS browser. These cookies expire when you close your browser or log out. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We do not share your session data with advertisers or data brokers. Your browsing activity on fairtoto is visible only to you and to fairtoto administrators for security and account troubleshooting purposes.

Your Rights and Our Commitments on fairtoto

You have the right to access your personal data on fairtoto at any time. Log in, navigate to Account Settings, and view your email, phone, KYC status, and transaction history. You can request a copy of your complete data record by contacting fairtoto support; we provide it within 14 days.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, email, or phone number is wrong in your fairtoto account, contact support and we update it. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data, except KYC documents and transaction records, which we must retain for three years under Indonesian law. If you request account deletion during a public holiday (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), processing queues until the next business day.

We store your data on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for sensitive fields (KYC documents, payment method references). We do not guarantee that our servers are located inside Indonesia; they may sit in Singapore, Australia, or another jurisdictionoutside your country. If you are concerned about data location, contact support to discuss your options. We do not share your personal data with third parties except (a) your payment provider, to process your deposit or withdrawal; (b) Indonesian financial regulators, if legally required; and (c) law enforcement, if compelled by legal process.

If your fairtoto account is compromised (unauthorized login, fraudulent withdrawal), contact support immediately. We investigate within 24 hours and reverse fraudulent transactions where our evidence supports it. We do not guarantee reversal of transactions where you voluntarily shared your credentials or payment method with a third party.
